My kids and I had the opportunity to review a Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital HD copy of Disney’s new movie, Moana. It is rated PG and has a feature running time of 107 minutes. Disney really outdid themselves with this one! My kids and I absolutely LOVE it and have watched it at least 15 times in the short time we have owned it. It starts off with a young girl named Moana who is destined to become chief of her village when she becomes of age. She loves her people and wants to be their leader but her heart is set on exploring the ocean. One day she finds out that her island is dying and she must set sail on an epic adventure across the ocean to find Maui, a demi god who has stolen the heart of the ocean and thrown life off balance. She and Maui must brave the treacherous ocean to restore the heart to its rightful place and save her island and those around her. It is jam packed with fun adventure and lots of excellent songs that my kids just love! It is a heartwarming movie that keeps you on your toes and wanting more and more. The Blu-Ray disk has a lot of bonus features which include “Warrior Face,” a deleted song, Voice of the Islands, Things You Didn’t Know About, Island Fashion, A Music Video, Deleted Scenes and so much more! This is a must have movie and I highly recommend it! We are huge Disney fans and this has become one of our favorites! It came out on Blu-Ray 3D, Blu-Ray, DVD and On Demand today so get your copy now!
