I was super stoked to receive a Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital HD copy of The BFG for review. The Big Friendly Giant was always a favorite of mine growing up so I could not have been more excited to see this Disney remake! It has a feature running time of 118 minutes and is completely magical! A little girl looks out the window of the orphanage and meets the eyes of a giant. Because she has seen him, he has no choice but to take her into the magical Giant Country. There, other giants who eat children reside. The BFG is a Big Friendly Giant compared to the other ruthless, even bigger man eating Giants. The BFG and the little girl become friends and want to work together to stop the man eating giants from snatching kids from their homes and eating them. They devise a plan to visit the queen to stop these monsters. This is an excellent movie and my whole family just loved it! It brought to life one of my favorite tales and I could not have been more captivated by it. The Blu-Ray had a bunch of cool bonus features as well. Some of which included Bringing The BFG to Life, The Big Friendly Giant and Me, Giants 101 and so much more! This is definitely a Disney classic you don’t want to miss out on! It is a must have for any Disney Movie collection and a movie your whole family will enjoy! You can bring your copy home today!
