About Them: Like all parents, we want our kids as safe, happy and comfortable as possible, especially when traveling long distances. When our sons Sam and Harry were 6 and 4 years old, we started going on weekend ski trips. Long distance travel on booster seats presented complaints with which every parent is familiar with Diggity Kids. These are two of the complaints we heard. First, Sam, our 6 year old, was tired of what he described as a “baby seat”. Second, both of our sons were uncomfortable and embarked upon a persistent and vocal campaign to express their discomfort. How do you deal with complaints that a booster seat is UNCOOL and UNCOMFORTABLE?
This company offers a few things for your kids in booster seats. The The Keester Child Seat Cushion which is only good in booster seats only, but you can also use on chairs, desks, bleachers, and many other places that are uncomfortable. These DO NOT go in-car seats at all. Just Booster seats. We do have a booster seat with the extended back, but the back does remove and goes to a booster seat. The cushion is soft and add extra cushioning. Helps for long drives I must say. The material s great, strong, washes easily. I also got a Diggity Kids Seat Belt Cover & Kids Travel Neck Pillow which both came as a set with the Keester. The seat belt cover is awesome I love it, and has helped with our booster seat, seat belt hasn’t bugged him once since. The head rest we haven’t had a chance to use yet, but I think I foresee a chance tomorrow night for sure when picking up my parents! The whole set is lovely and works well, very soft, feels a lot like micro suede.
