The name Crabtree & Evelyn was inspired by John Evelyn, a 17th century botanist, and the English Crabapple tree, known for its beauty and use in home apothecary. Initially a small, family run business, the first store specialised in fine soaps sourced from around the world. One man’s passion for travel coupled with an inherent desire for natural products, set the foundation for creating an international brand renowned the world over for its fragrances, body care products, fine foods and beautifully packaged gifts.

Crabtree & Evelyn is like one of the funniest stores to go into, because the smell of everything combined just puts you into a better place. We have a outlets one, so everything is like half off or more pretty much all the time. This time I got the lotions inside the metal tin, that you can twist to make it sing. Its pretty neat actually, and it came with 12 mini lotion bottles. They are like every fragrance they offer as well as the holiday smells. My kids actually took of with the musical tin, and shove toys into to, and twist it to play songs. My neighbor and I had a field day going through the tin picking the lotions we liked. The caps are kinda hard and tricky as they are ridged, making fingers pinch. I also got a travel make up bag set for when we travel, that came with lotion, shower gel, another lotion and more. Its a very pretty, delicate, bag, great to use even after the product is gone, for makeup or anything else. These products smell so good, lasts forever on the skin, makes your skin soft and silky. The smells are nailed right on, some I couldn’t believe they made into fragrance. These are the holiday collection for Christmas so they are limited time.
