This set is a great set to start off your daily regimen. Comes with everything you need for a month or so. The toothbrush which is soft and has different thicker bristles for those hard to reach spots in your mouth. Helped a lot getting between the molars. Which was extremely helpful. The Body is strong and durable and when being held it stays put in the groove of your hand. The mouth wash that was gone in 2.5 weeks, but tasted great, didn’t even burn that much and kept my mouth refreshed for a long time through the morning to early lunch. The toothpaste isn’t new like the other two products are to stores but meshes well with the other two products. Taste great, pretty mellow taste, you only need a small dab and covers your whole mouth for 2 minutes. Wiped the plaque, food, and made your teeth smooth and soft. This tube has lasted over a month.
