My kids and I received a couple of Lava Lamps for review. We received a 14.5 inch Halloween Sounds Lava Lamp and a 14.5 inch Chalkboard Lava Lamp. I have always wanted a Lava Lamp and now at 30, was beyond excited to finally have the opportunity to have them! They take between 2 and 3 hours to heat up and start working. The Halloween Lava Lamp is perfect for Halloween! It has purple liquid and yellow wax. It also has a frosted spider web pattern on the globe and a black base and cap. It came with a spider that hooks to the base that can be turned on to make eerie noises. The Chalkboard Lava Lamp has green liquid and white wax. The base and cap are black and have a chalkboard finish. You can use regular chalk and chalkboard markers on both the base and cap. This is awesome for decorating for different seasons, holidays and writing notes or whatever else you fancy. My girls just love decorating it! Both of these lamps are great for Halloween! These are both awesome Lava Lamps and everything I every imagined they would be. If you are looking for something fun this Halloween and Holiday season, Lava Lamps may be for you!
