I got the chance to work with this company again to try some other cheeses they have available. My husband was in heaven. I also got a grocery bag as well, with the cheeses, that my boys just took and filled with toys, so we had a house full of happy men/boys with this package. The cheeses were awesome and very tasty. The spicy one, which my husband devoured down, he loved, I had a piece and nearly died from the spiciness of it. I loved the spicy jack light one that one was so tasty and was very good in taco’s or sandwiches! Cabot cheese is a great company and very easy to find their cheeses in the stores and worth every buck, they are just so good, and melt in the mouth! We have had these for about a week or so, and barely even broke into the cheese, its very light and not very strong so it will last longer, at least for us, and we are a cheese house, we always have cheese, and we go through cheese like crazy depending. We are down to the spicy one now! We just replace the cheese into a sandwich bag and we are set! Great customer service, and they ship fast, and package it very well, so the cheese wont go bad!
