I had the pleasure of receiving a 21.5 oz (1.3 lb) container of Burt’s Bees Protein Shake Powder for review. I have always been a big fan of Burt’s Bees beeswax lip balm but had never heard of the Protein Shake Mix before so was eager to try it. I received the Vanilla flavor and there was enough for 18 drinks. It was loaded with protein, antioxidants, and vitamins A, C and E. Each serving had 15 grams of plant protein which is perfect if you don’t get a lot of protein rich foods. It also contained 4.5 servings of fruits and vegetables in each and every serving! To mix you just add one scoop to 12 ounces of water or a non dairy beverage. You can also blend it into your smoothies! Once you mix it you just drink it. It tastes delicious and has so many great health benefits that I just love! Each serving contains 25% of the daily vitamins you should consume which is pretty cool. The mix is also low in calories which is nice. If you just mix it with water it is only 120 calories per serving. This Burt’s Bees Protein Shake Mix is completely organic, non gmo, gluten free, dairy free and soy free. If you are looking for a good source of daily protein, Burt’s Bees has you covered!
