The Bowflex UpperCut one of the few small exercise equipment around that actually work! This nifty machine is pretty small and can store away great in any corner wall. This UpperCut is great for college kids going into dorms, men or woman! Once I had everything set up and ready to put together I was able to get it completed in 45 minutes. I like how no screws are involved it’s all washers and pins which was awesome. Once it was completed I was able to enjoy some time on it, at midnight! I like how you have many ways to use this uppercut. With your feet, chest, hands, stomach and follows many positions in that area. My strong husband, I even tried to do it, took it while sitting was able to make it go flat by his chest when sitting. This is a great Bowflex addition to the collection. I have tried a few in the past and I love how simple and easy this was to set up! The uppercut itself, is pretty light, and when you smash it down flat your reaction it will be hard to do, but it flattens easy, then I learned it has up to 3 settings for stronger setting.
