I had the pleasure of receiving a copy of The Boss on Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital HD for review. It has the theatrical version that has a feature run time of 1 hour and 39 minutes and the unrated version that has a feature run time of 1 hour and 45 minutes. Melissa McCarthy plays Michelle Darnell, a girl who had nothing and became an industrial leader in marketing. She is sent to prison for insider trading and loses everything during her stay. She gets out with no money, no friends and no one to fall for her scams. She ends up moving in with her former assistant and her daughter and starts rebuilding her empire. I LOVE Melissa McCarthy so knew I just had to see this movie and I was not disappointed. It was hilarious from the start to the end! If you are looking for a good movie with lots of laughs then this is it! It is loaded with a ton of bonus features too which include alternate endings, deleted scenes, the gag reel and much more! The Blu-Ray has even more exclusives not found on the DVD copy! This is a must have for any movie collection! If you love Melissa McCarthy and love comedy then this movie will not disappoint! It came out on Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital HD on July 26th. Bring your copy of The Boss home today!
