Bissell sent me the BISSELL Symphony All in One Vacuum and Steam Mop. This is a A.M.A.Z.I.N.G product and I cannot say that enough times over and over. This nifty product only good one tile, hardwood and linoleum floors. Doesn’t work on caret so great, unless it is high traffic carpet. This was so easy to put together took like 5 minutes that it. Just had to place the head into the pole and that was it. Its very light weight and easy to use. Turns on easy, buttons are soft and easy to switch to different settings. Comes with two kinds of cloth pads for the steam part. Just pop the tab down and comes off and replace with a different one, then wash when they are dirty. I suggest air drying the pads. The machine uses water only no chemicals which I love the most, we have a special needs kid that crawls last thing I need on his hands. The plug cord wraps up nicely around the machine and is very long so you can travel around nicely without plugging it into somewhere else. I got through 3 rooms and a hallway before needing to unplug it. Great all in one and collects the junk on the ground nicely and dumping in the trash is super easy by the touch of a button. If you’re looking for a great 2 in one product for a reasonable price this is right up your alley. Plus Spring cleaning is here so this is nice to take around the house and clean up. It even works in our garage floor concrete for the vacuum part. The tank is pretty big and got through the whole house, a whole 2200′ square feet without dumping the canister and its BAGLESS too. This Symphony is very small and barely takes up any room at all wherever you place it which was the best ever for me. Plus I can use just one hand which will be handy coming shoulder surgery.
