What’s Your Birthday Wish? More Adventures in Gigglyville

About them: Once upon a time, a young woman named Judy Egett Laufer or “J.E.” for short, decided to write a children’s book because she loved poetry, rhyme, and children. She wanted to write a story about her wonderful father, who had just passed away. After she finished writing, J.E. looked and looked for someone to publish her book. Unwilling to give up, young J.E. decided to self-publish. She created a publishing company of her own, and she called it “Little Egg.” Since her maiden name was “Egett,” the name seemed fitting!

My kids and I had the pleasure of receiving a copy of What’s Your Birthday Wish? More Adventures in Gigglyville for review. It is a 32 page children’s book written by J.E. Laufer and illustrated by Lauren Ackerman. It actually arrived just in time for both of my girls birthdays which they thought was really cool. This children’s book is about Arthur Fish and all his friends sharing their birthday wishes and is the second book in the series. It is full of fun rhymes and beautifully illustrated. My kids just love all the bright colors and pictures throughout the entire book. They love how easy it is for them to follow along and love hearing what everyone’s special birthday wish is. My 6 year old is just starting to read and this has been a great beginner book for her to practice with. My kids and I all enjoyed this book very much and highly recommend it. It makes a great addition to any children’s book collection, school classroom, daycare and anywhere else with kids. My kids have had me read this book again and again to them and just love it. It inspires kids to use their creativity and imagination. This would be a great gift this holiday season!

Disclosure: I received this product for free, in exchange for my honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products and services I used personally, and believe will be a good fit for consumers.
