I picked out the Rose color of the Bellabeat. What comes included inside is a necklace to wear around your neck, bracelet to wear around your wrist, and built in clip to wear around your waist for the breathing option. I use a iPhone so took about ten minutes to get it free app downloaded, blue-toothed, and synced up to the tracker. I wear mine around my wrist which I also had to google how to put it on, since the box doesn’t explain how to anywhere, and looks of it, many others have as well. The leaf itself is very light weight, the wood is durable to handle drops and protection. It is also water proof and sweat proof. For the price of $119 its very much worth it, charging it is easy, monitors everything for you, and just activate (double tap it) it every time you want to check your stats on your phones app. The double tapping it does take a few more than a few times to finally get it to re sync with the double tapping. I am a total pedometer nut, and have so many to use, and this one by far is about the best one in my pile. Not only because of the breathing, menstrual cycles, but because of the fashion to it, the shape, and the look of it. It stands out, makes people notice it on you, feels comfortable however you wear it, and just looks so cool.
