I had the pleasure of receiving a Bellabeat LEAF for review. I am blown away by just how smart this jewelry is! It tracks your monthly cycles, your breathing, your sleep and your activity! You can wear it as a clip, a necklace or as a bracelet, though I prefer wearing mine around my neck. I was sent a Classic Bracelet band to go with it and although it was very comfortable, I preferred wearing it with the included chain it came with. It is super easy to use and set up. It is compatible with your iPhones and Androids and automatically syncs to them. I love how it monitors the quantity and quality of your sleep. It will tell you exactly what you need to do to get better and more sleep. I am also really in love with the activity feature. It logs all the calories you burn, tracks your movement and you can even tailor it to add your own custom exercises and activities! I really love the step counter. The monthly cycle is pretty cool too. It tells you when you are ovulating and helps you keep track of all that fun stuff. I am nursing so not currently having periods but it is still nice to know when I am ovulating! You can set alarms and reminders which is also nice. You don’t have to charge it and it has a 14 day memory that stores all your information. I absolutely love this tracker! It is super cute and stylish but has multiple functions to make you more aware of your body and help get your health in check! I highly recommend the Bellabeat LEAF tracker if you are looking for one! It is amazing!
