Bed of Nails Review

About Them: When hearing the words “bed of nails” most people instantly think of an elderly Indian lying on sharp metal nails whilst getting heavy blocks stacked on top of him, all in favor of amusing the crowd. The truth is, as painful as it may look, it does not hurt, as the body weight of the fakir and the blocks are distributed evenly over the many nails. If Bed of Nails is used regularly for a long enough period of time it may alleviate: Stress, Headache, Constipation, Tiredness, Insomnia, Tension, Back pain, Muscle aches, Malaise. Bring out your Bed of Nails when needed, preferably daily. Put your Bed of Nails on the floor or on your bed. Lie down how you prefer for at least 10 minutes. As a new user you may want to start off with a shorter time, closer to 10 minutes, until the body and the skin get more used to the nails.

These mats are great for anyone who suffers with the following above. These mats remind me a lot like acupuncture but a home version just like it. When you lay on it, shirtless, it will feel a bot awkward but as the days pass your body will get use to the pain/weird feeling. You can do with or without a shirt, the feeling however is much different and you wont get the full benefit of what it needs to do with your body. This mat is very light weight, very easy to clean, and it came in a black reusable box for storage that can simply slide under the bed or closet. When I tried it hardwood VS carpet there was a huge difference on how the plastic pointers acted to the back. I prefer the hardwood as you get the full benefit of the mat, if you have a high pain tolerance. The pain produced isn’t really “that” bad but at first you can sure feel it, as time goes on, you’re so used to it.  This isn’t something kids and pets should play with or lay on. Back in 08 I pulled my shoulder, it built up tons of fluid in the blade area, and I still get pain from it, since the location of it, isn’t something surgery will fix, so its something I have to live with, when I got that scan done, they found arthritis in my spine, something “old people” should get not a 29-year-old, after reading pretty sure those blocks I got from having babies made it happen. So with that said, I always like to try the natural route before using Advil to hide the pain. Since I got this mat, I have felt a huge difference in my lower back pain as well as how well I can use my arm from my shoulder. Luckily both of these can be easily touched by bed of nails because of the location.. My husband who suffers from migraines from artificial light (aka fluorescent bulbs) which is found in pretty much every building on the face of the earth. Since we got this, his migraines have been much less tense and able to go back to his normal daily life.. So with all that said, this is something very worth it, if you suffer from any of the symptoms above.
