Beauty by Earth sent me a box with both kinds available. These are super easy to use, just let the water soak into the sponge, took about 5 minutes to complete and they are ready to be used. The sponges are pretty soft, and feels good against the skin. I use mine on my face to kill the dead skin, and I think it works better than sugar scrubs do. Plus when it dries out, re wet it and is ready to be used again. You can also squeeze the water out as well when you’re done. They come with strings on them for hanging on a hook. Mine just sit on our shower rack hanging. These have loads of uses in them. I only used the white one so far and I can still use it. You will notice it shrinking when it starts getting to many uses out of it. I even added a drop of body wash to them to make them feel softer when applying to the skin. If you’re on the lookout for some deep cleansing than these are up your alley and don’t cost a arm and a leg.
