The ear plugs extend when pulled on, the white tip comes off with little force, they are like one size fits all, they fit comfortably in the ears. Then when your done with them a simple wipe down, place in the metal tin. You can put the tin in your key chain, or anything where you will remember. The lid on the tin is pretty well locked into the bottom piece and doesn’t unscrew when clunked around. These are pretty good quality and easy to use.
