I got the 9 cube set, comes with 3 cubes, 3 door ones, and 3 split ones for books and such. I use mine as a desk, because its totally perfect for the corner in the living room. I use the books ones for all my adult coloring books, and paper work, I bought basics for the open cube ones, and the cabinet like ones hold all my odds and ends. This took me and my son about an hour to build and put together. I suggest doing one box at a time, rather than opening them all up, because it gets confusing because they’re not built all the same. They also improved over the years. Last one I got used cardboard pins for connecting, now they actually have wood pins, which is much stronger. I love my set, and I use one the cubes as a light box for photography of products, I added a vinyl to the outside of it as well. You can also use paint, stickers, stencils, to make your 9 cube set to look good.
