These Barbara Cookie Pies are amazing. If you love cookies, then this is right up your alley.. The website has numerous types of cookie pies of all kinds to try, so far tried 3 and I love them even more. This one has the pie crust, a jam at the bottom of pie and then cinnamon and walnuts on top. Funny I thought my husband would enjoy it more than me, but I actually have been scarfing it down more than him. For someone who can’t normally eat cinnamon because it kills the taste buds on my tongue. I rarely get to enjoy cinnamon, but this however lets me eat it all up and I don’t get the side effect. These pies, are like the best thing that came into my life. I’m not usually a cookie or pie person, but since they converted the two together it has made eating cookies in a pie style so much awesome. These pies are extremely soft, not hard at all, they crumble away as you eat them. They are great with ice cream, whip cream or as is. These are one pies that are a must try, cause they are way to good to pass up! Also since these don’t need to be fridge’d they can sit on the counter, and they are shipped to you straight in a box!
