I had the pleasure of receiving a Bamboo Pillow with Shredded Down Alternative and Stay Cool Cover for review. I received the Queen sized and it measures 18 inches wide by 30 inches long. It comes in a larger King size too. This pillow is seriously soft and super breathable. I cant stand getting overheated at night and this has helped keep me cool and comfortable all night long. It is supposed to help with snoring, insomnia, migraines, neck and back pain, allergies and TMJ. I can not attest to the snoring because I do not normally snore unless I have a cold but I do suffer from both back and neck pain, insomnia, allergies and migraines. The migraines and neck pain have decreased since I have started using this pillow. I do not feel any different in my back pain yet but I have hopes that after continued use I will notice a difference. As far as my insomnia…I have been sleeping! I used to sleep maybe an hour to an hour and a half a night, if that. Now I am getting five to six hours which has been absolutely wonderful. I do have allergies but have not noticed a huge decrease with my symptoms as of yet. This pillow and cover are both machine washable which is perfect since I have three kids and they like to climb all over me and my pillows. Just toss it in, wash and dry it and you are good to go! It is filled with Shredded Poly Fiber that molds to your head and keeps you comfortable all night long. Overall I have really enjoyed using this pillow and do think that it is a good investment.
