My Baby Compass

About them: The My Baby Compass Kit consists of three phases, Birth to Two, Two to Four and Four to Seven. It thoroughly covers identification of skills and activities in the areas of: speech (talks), hearing (hears), physical (moves), cognitive (understands),social/emotional (feels) and vision (contains skills only). The program can be started at any time by purchasing the individual manuals that matches your child’s age, however, if your child has been diagnosed with a developmental delay, it is best to start at the age level of his diagnosis.

I was pretty excited to receive a My Baby Compass Kit for review. It was extremely intriguing and I really wanted to know more about it! I have three kids that span out in age from one to seven so this fits each of my kids ages which is awesome. The My Baby Compass Kit comes with 3 manuals, 14 booklets and a CD Rom. It has three programs that include Birth to Two Years, Two to Four Years and finally Four to Seven Years. Each of these completely cover identification of skills and activities in speech, hearing, physical development, cognitive, social and emotional and vision. Right now my son is in the Birth to Two Years Phase covers Getting to Know Your Baby, The Communication Process, Tracking Your Child’s Progress and My Child Did Not Meet a Milestone. Now What? It also has a nice Appendix that helps give you support and resources. Each of the booklets in all these phases contain developmental milestones on one side and activities to help your child achieve these milestones on the other side. It goes through feeding, routines, how babies learn, understanding baby’s cries, appropriate toys and activities, nursery rhymes and so much more! My son loves most of the activities we have done together and it is nice to know my that he is well ahead of where he should be for only a year and a half. The second phase is Two to Four Years and goes through individual sound development, toddler learning styles, potty training, temper tantrums, nursery rhymes and more! We have already started a few of these areas with my son and I love the activities. They help out so much and he loves them. The last phase is from Four to Seven Years. My girls are five and seven years old and this has been a huge blessing, especially with my five year old. My seven year is extremely mature for her age and advanced. My five year old has been acting out and this has helped us manage and given both her and me the tools to grow with it. This phase goes through maturation of sound development, grammar, speaking and learning styles, social interaction, creative play, how preschoolers learn, reading and writing skills and so much more! This is a great program to help your child think, speak, move and thrive and I definitely recommend it! This would be a great gift to an expecting mom or even to a family with young kids.

Disclosure: I received this product for free, in exchange for my honest review, which may differ from yours. Regardless, I only recommend products and services I used personally, and believe will be a good fit for consumers.
