This pretty neat tool, makes it easier, and plus keeps your hands free from the creme, plus the smell some of them had. I really wish I had one when Winston was little, he had such sensitive skin, we always had to use creme, and my hands would be so raw by the end of the day. This does seem a bit odd at first but comes in handy more than you know it. I use this on my special needs son who is in diapers still, and use it when I need to use ointment, and it tickles him its so funny. The tip is very soft, flexible, BPA silicone. It is very easy to wash, and the bottom has a suction on it, so it will stand up on wood or glass easy. This is one those, do I need this really, but after using it for sometime now, I actually would suggest it to any mom who uses a ton of ointment or special needs child that tries to get away fast.
