I had the amazing pleasure of receiving the Anna Naturals Blissful Birth Aromatherapy Set to review. This kit comes with two Aromatherapy Sprays which include a 2 oz bottle of Energy and a 2 oz bottle of Focus. It also comes with three Aromatherapy Massage Oils which include a 1 oz bottle of Calm, a 1 oz bottle of Drive and a 1 oz bottle of Go Time. Energy is a blend of orange, sandalwood, lime and peppermint. It is uplifting and helps invigorate your body and mind. Focus is a blend of citrus, melissa leaf, peppermint and rosemary. It helps you clear your mind and focus on the task of meeting your new baby. Calm is a blend of lavender, chamomile and rose and helps provide a more tranquil environment to you. Drive is a blend of spikenard, sweet majoram, black pepper, jasmine and fennel. These all help relieve pain and help you continue to push through until you meet your little one. Go Time is a blend of clary sage and jasmine which help stimulate your uterus and strengthen your contractions, both which help to move labor along. I love essential oils so was super excited to try these out as my due date got closer! As my due date approached and I was not progressing on my own I was becoming discouraged and thought that my third child would be overdue like my two previous pregnancies had been. I received my blissful birth set in the mail and got super excited! They all smell amazing and let me tell you…they work! I was and still am in awe and have told all my pregnant friends about this Blissful Birth Aromatherapy Set! I rubbed Go Time on my Belly and 4 hours later, after only 1 hr and 28 minutes of labor, my son was born! It was not only the quickest labor, but the easiest to recover from! These oils are absolutely amazing and I highly recommend them! They each do exactly what they are supposed to do and I could not have had a better labor or delivery. I was able to have a natural birth as planned and was up and moving right after giving birth! I can honestly not even describe how amazing these oils are! If you love essential oils like I do, and are expecting a little one, I recommend investing in this kit! They are amazing and I can not wait to try out some more of the Anna Naturals products!
