Everything in the package is really nice quality items along with the active unit. I even got my Ipad Air 2 to work on the stand sideways, which I use more for when I am working out at home, then my phone. The book is small, and just gives you details about the company, app, and so much more. The APP is free and easy to install on whatever device you will use with it. The APP is easy to use, you earn rewards as you go, making it more fun to do. They have 5-minute workouts, and 100 seated, standing and advanced fast and fun low-impact workouts, enabling users of any age and fitness level to meet the benefits of strength training with ease. Which also is personalized by each user by their fitness level. This company started on Kickstarter and now available to buy!
