50’s Poodle Skirts Review & Giveaway

Hip Hop 50’s Shop, totally reminds me when I wore those awesome poodle skirts when I was kid. My grandma gave them to me, as they were her’s way back. They’re so fun and great for dancing or twirling. Although lately I have been so addicted to wearing polka dots, of course many close people I know had to go and copy me, and point it out, I am glad I am trending. I have been dying for a halter top polka dot dress for quite sometime, this company offers quite a collection of vintage dress’s along with other styles as well. This dress is super adorable and sure grabs the eye, I wore mine to Great Wolf Lodge and I got so many turning heads, I felt amazing in it. You do need a strapless bra, or go bra less, either way it works. I suggest putting powder on the straps in the back that rub against the skin so your not irritated for the first times wearing it, of course it doesn’t do it anymore. The black part at the bottom is pretty itchy to the skin so leggings, or a slip would work perfectly, of course it’s that type of material and its only located at the tips of the underneath part of the black slit. The dress is very comfortable, fits great for the size I requested even though I ordered a little bigger in the top half. It comes with a black ribbon for around the waist with two small hooks to keep it in place. It zips up easy for by yourself doing.

I love the V shape it has at the top to add that extra vintage style look to it. The polka dots are big and sits over the color black. It is open in the back, but hides the bra strap very well, an it has a like stretchy strap to make it easy to pull up and down when needed. This washes very well, and dries perfectly and didn’t shrink on me. The length sits right above my knee’s and I’m 5’8. This dress is super adorable and very classy great for summer time, out on the town, night time partying.
