I had the pleasure of receiving a few of The Charcuterie Shack’s Dry Cured Meats for review. I received a 7 oz Tapas Essentials All Natural Fuet Ring, a 7 oz Tapas Essentials All Natural Chorizo Ring, a 10 oz Imperial Spanish Chorizo and a 10 oz Fortuna’s All Natural Soupy Dry Cured Sausage. I took these over to my parent’s house for Father’s Day and they did not last long! They are delicious! My family and I just loved them! We just cut them into slices and served them with a variety of crackers and cheese and they went quick. They are savory and everyone couldn’t help but come back for more. The Tapas Essentials All Natural Rings contained no nitrates at all and were authentic Spanish Tapas. They all came ready to eat which made preparing them quick and hassle free. I definitely foresee my family investing in more of these sausages. They taste fresh unlike a lot of other sausages out there and we all love how natural they are. The Charcuterie Shack has mild to more spicy selections. We aren’t big spice fans in our house and these were perfect. They had a little kick to them but not much at all. If you are looking for a good gift for your dad or loved one for Father’s Day or just looking for something to bring to your family gatherings, then I recommend getting some of these dry cured meats from The Charcuterie Shack to bring along!
