I had the pleasure of receiving A Royal Night Out on DVD and Digital HD for review. It is rated PG-13 and has a running time of 97 minutes. This is a film based on actual real life events that follow the adventures of Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret on one of the most epic and extraordinary night of both of their lives. It is a romantic comedy that is based on the huge celebration of the end of World War II in Europe. Both Princess Elizabeth and Princess Margaret leave Buckingham Palace to join in on the celebration and festivities. It is full of humor as they go on their exciting and dangerous adventure throughout London. This movie is excellent! I absolutely loved it! I watched it alone the first time then went to my moms house for an early Mother’s Day movie night. She loved it too. I love that it recounts a huge event in history and takes you on an adventure through the eyes of two very restricted Princesses. It is beautifully brought to life in this romantic comedy. I love the charm and humor throughout the movie! It came out on DVD on May 3rd and makes an excellent addition to any movie collection. It would make an excellent gift for your mom, grandma, yourself or significant other this Mother’s Day!
