Ever since I seen one these mats in Target different brand, but same kind of idea, I always had a feeling these were the ones to use, over others. They are soft, absorb sweat well, they don’t slip or move under you when working out. I do hot yoga at the gym, and then I do the yoga game on the Xbox One and this has made using my purple mat a lot more comfortable for sure. Great to place on top of mat, or as is. Washes easy and you can ever use the dryer or hang dry. Its pretty long giving you some extra wiggle room. This also makes a great towel for on sand, rocks, grass, when out and about and need something smooth to sit on or work out on. I love the color I picked, its been my favorite color for a while. My kids like playing cars on this towel, my oldest likes to use it as a blanket to lay on top of. These are great for all ages, even older people who are fit, I bring mine to the gym when I do hot yoga, I replaced it from the mat I was using. The material is strong and you can pull on it as hard as you can and it won’t budge from the material or rip.
