2014-Chevrolet-Sonic-Coupe-Hatchback-LS-Manual-4dr-Hatchback-Photo-1About Car: It’s the first car in its class with an available turbocharged engine and to offer up to 40 mpg highway. Sonic is also the first and only car in its class to ever receive a 5-Star Overall Vehicle Score for Safety from NHTSA, and to offer 10 standard air bags.  2014 Chevrolet Sonic 5-door hatchback received the “Highest Ranked Vehicle Appeal among Sub-Compact Cars Two Years in a Row. Sonic achieved 0-60 mph in less than 8 seconds. With 138 horsepower and 148 of torque you’ll soon find out that Sonic is the most fun-to-drive car and offers up to 40 MPH.Chevrolet 2014 Sonic Hatchback is one the smallest cars Chevy owns, I rarely see these cars on the road right now, they are still pretty new cars, and they come in fun colors, lots of car options, and is a 5 person seating car.

The dashboard of the car is nicely done. Digital mostly everything. Everything is in reach touch when driving. CD player, controls on the steering wheel for radio and cruise control. Has a shifter, as well as an auto shifter too. Has a good amount of compartments in the car for your items. It is a LT version so you don’t get as much cool features as the non LT versions. Everything you see, is what comes with the LT. Has pretty good leg room, though this car is perfect for people who aren’t to tall, or to big, as it is a pretty small car inside. The seats interior is nicely done, comfortable (even when traveling), dark-colored seats too.

This 2014 Sonic Hatchback car reminds me of a little go-cart. It’s tiny hardly any tons on it, and zooms so fast down the road. Handles flooring well, take off speed is good, has an easy sweet spot to find. This is a 5 seating car, and the back seat you only have a little bit of room, for your legs. Car is automatic everything. The dashboard is clean and sleek. Auto shifter in the middle, blinker shifter is on opposite side, like most cars, the gas tank is on the opposite side as well. This car has tons of backward things to it, then a normal Chevy does. This car does have hidden latches for the car seats so you need to lift the seat to get it inside. But great for booster seats as they don’t use latches.

The front of car is designed well, to let the air and speed fly back to the car giving you that turbo effect when driving. Lights are positioned great. Hood latch is visible and just stays up, with no pole. Engine is all well hidden tight, and put together nicely. Wiper fluid knobs spray the whole windshield perfectly giving you a clean windshield when traveling.

This car is known for the hatchback trunk. The trunk is pretty small, not that much room, won’t hold my son’s special needs stroller, but holds groceries well, and tons of little items. The back windshield wiper is small and only covers the middle portion, when it rains hard, you do have a bit hard time looking out the back window when driving in storms or snow. All in all great car for work and back, shopping, vacation trips I wouldn’t recommend it, since trunk is small, and not much leg room.
