They told me it would help with some of my digestive issues and it would make me feel better on the overall too. Well I finally broke down and gave them a try. And guess what? They were right, after just a few days of taking Culturelle Probiotics I was feeling better and my digestive issues were starting to work themselves out. I will spare you the details, but I will say things are moving along much better now. And I know this because I can tell the difference if I miss even one day of taking my probiotics. I’m still trying to learn when I should take which formula of Culturelle. When I was sick about a week ago I started taking their Pro-Well products. I don’t know if that was the cause or not, but I really didn’t feel quite as run down when I was sick and it didn’t last very long. Once I felt better I switched back to their Digestive Health products. I guess for now it’s just a trial of what seems to be working best for me. In the end the important part is that I’m taking my probiotics on a daily basis.
My next step is getting my daughter on board to start taking some too. She has similar digestive issues to the ones I’ve had so I know these would definitely help her out just like they have for me. And from the looks of it the Culturelle line for kids even comes in fun flavors!
