Every year on Easter Sunday my whole family goes to my grandma’s house for brunch. We all bring a dish to share and then after we are all done eating the kids go out and hunt for Easter eggs. This year thanks to my new CucinaPro Mini Pie and Quiche Maker I’m going to surprise everyone by making some little pies that have things I know each person likes. The CucinaPro Mini Pie and Quiche Maker is a compact, brunch style gadget that makes six delicious bite-sized quiches/pies in just minutes. That means I can make lots of different ones to satisfy everyone’s individual likes. So those for instance that don’t like fruit pies don’t have to choose that kind because it’s super easy for me to make them with all sorts of fillings. The interior has nonstick coating so it’s super easy to get them out and to clean up when I’m done. I really like the included dough cutting circle because it makes my job so much easier and takes out the guesswork of what size to make each crust. Basically the only thing I needed to make the pies was pie crust (which I bought premade refrigerated crust) and fillings. I picked up some cans of apple and cherry pie filling as well as chocolate pudding for filling. I knew that the kids would much prefer a chocolate pie over a fruit pie any day. And with the individual pie slots it’s so easy to make them this way.
