I have several severe back and neck issues and it is hard to find a good massage roller that actually works to relieve pain and soreness. This one feels amazing! I have been using it everyday! Especially nearing the end of my pregnancy, it has felt especially good on my back. It is also great for your glutes, planter fasciitis, and shoulder pain. You can use it on your forearms, biceps, quads and calves as well! I have used it standing upright against a wall, while sitting in a chair or on my couch and even in my car! I am actually planning on taking it to the hospital with me so it can be used during my labor! This massage roller is definitely designed to help alleviate pain and soreness. It has helped reduce the tension I carry in my back which has helped keep my back in better alignment, which has in turn, helped my posture. I have already recommended this product to several of my friends and family. It is a great investment and made to last so I know I will have many years of good use out of it.
