My family and I had the pleasure of receiving some Explore Cuisine pasta noodles for review. We received an 8 oz box of Organic Red Lentil Penne, an 8 oz box of Organic Chickpea Spaghetti and an 8 oz box of Organic Green Lentil Lasagne. These are all loaded with plant based proteins. They are all vegan and GMO free. They are high in protein and a great source of fiber. They are made from organic beans, peas, lentils and rice. My girls and I love pasta and we were excited to give these a try. They cook up just like other pastas but add so much more color to your dishes! They are super good too! My girls just loved them and I love how much healthier they are than the traditional pastas we normally eat. With the Organic Chickpea Spaghetti we used the recipe on the back of the box. It was super quick and easy to make and loaded with flavor. We used the recipe when we prepared the Organic Red Lentil Penne as well. Again, it was loaded with flavor and was overall delicious. I used the Organic Green Lentil Lasagne in my own recipe for lasagna. The noodles cooked up great and had an amazing flavor. They all had a good texture too. These Explore Cuisine Noodles definitely were a hit at our house. They have great flavor, texture and color!
