About Them: Knork Flatware was formed with hope and vision of creating and producing products to aid in the chaos of today’s on-the-go society. Founded by Michael D. Miller, the company is aggressive in its strategy and innovative in its approach-creating solutions for use in an unlimited number of markets. Knork Flatware, a division of Phantom Enterprises, seeks to enhance the dining experience by integrating a fork with the functionality of a knife built in. The Knork concept modernizes flatware and has produced the flatware of today… and tomorrow.
It’s been a very long time since I even bought a nice set for our kitchen since our move almost 3 years ago. Knork Flatware gave me the opportunity to review for them. The 20 piece set is really fancy and I love it. I threw out all our old one’s or ones that were left in this house. They are a bit different than any day-to-day ones you see in the stores. These are a tad bit heavy, though they balance perfectly. They are super easy to use on any kinds of foods. They sent me the knork flatware 20 piece set matte which for the price the utensils are perfect and not one flaw. I am so amazed by these, I never mentioned them to my husband he just came home and seen them and actually he said these are pretty awesome and great for hot and cold food without burning or freezing your mouth because the thickness in these. Love how they are shaped, bit differently than most our there but it’s what makes these unique. “4 Five-piece place settings include Dinner KNORK, Salad KNORK, Place Knife, Place Spoon and Teaspoon, all with the KNORK’s distinctive styling, and 18/0 (18% chromium), hand formed from a single solid bar of stainless steel. Matte finish – a brushed satin finish.”
Then I got some outdoor ware for enjoyment outside eating. These are a bit thicker then normal plastic utensils. These can be used more than a few times and I love how they can hang on a nail outside for safe keeping. The material and how it is made is all perfectly made and great for all kinds of foods. I love the color variety thats pretty fun and kids choosing their color. The tips are sharp a bit, so keep that in mind around little one’s just learning. Though they do help grabbing the food that more thicker.
