Very easy to read and spaced out so your eyes don’t get too fussy over the words. So many benefits and things I never even new about. Plus they have a nice set of food recipes since alot are mostly modern food. Lots of info on exercising and getting into shape. I don’t want to ruin it for you but this is one the best Diet books ive seen so far. Plus you can print out the better parts for reading material anywhere!
