These 4 DVDS will give you the workout you need! They are on top of everything you need to know to get your yoga workout. I only due yoga as my fitness, cause I have bad ankles and all other fitness’s made me twist my ankles, but yoga doesn’t. Plus its relaxing and motivating. These DVD’s are awesome, lots of hard work, but you feel so great in the end! I am really glad I got this yoga DVD set, its very nice set, and worth every penny. I do need to get a mat, working on hardwood floors hurt. I do any ground yoga on the bed, but doesn’t give me the best suport I need. I do have a very bad back/shoulder from past accidents and yoga will help me work those pains out, the best way possible. Its just relaxing. My two boys 3 years and 1 years love to watch mommy work out. My lil one dances to the work out, so he gets his workout too, he needs it too, lil fatty!
